Specific Purpose:    To persuade my audience that introverts can also be good leaders.

Attention Getter:  Did you know that in today's world, most of the top leaders are introverts. For example, Barack Obama, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk, who are leading the world.

 Reason to Listen:  However, the idea that introverts cannot be good leaders needs to be re-evaluated.

Credibility Statement: 

We think extroverts can give good speeches, and keep social connections so only they can be good leaders. Those who do not have the qualities of being talkative, outspoken, and highly social cannot be good leaders. Seeing the success of the current era of introvert leaders, I realized these statements are completely wrong.

Thesis Statement: Although, introverts can also be a good, and great leaders need to discuss this issue with everyone and need to understand this matter.

Extroverts can give public speaking much better. We know and it’s no secret that extroverts are known to be highly social, outspoken, loud, outgoing and talkative. Extroverts can make decisions quickly over time. They always try to be positive. Extrovert leaders are usually proficient in social connections. All of these qualities force everyone to consider extroverts as good leaders.

On the other hand, Ordinary people may think that an introvert is calm, shy and annoying, but these introverts have qualities that make them great leaders. Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, Abraham Lincoln and Albert Einstein are some of the introverts who are very successful leaders.  

Now let's talk about the real thing introvert people don't talk much but listen very attentively, speak only when they think it is meaningful and need to say now. Since introverts think a lot and make a decision their speech is much stronger it affects significantly. Introverts like to work alone but accept everyone's suggestions. They have the quality of leadership as well as humility, so introverts can easily manage the people under them efficiently. The process of creating their social connection is slow but it is very meaningful. 

Introverts are great problem solvers, in almost every case they have an insistence on solving the problem if it arises. These qualities develop an introvert person into an ideal leader and make him personally strong. Personal strength is the key to building a great leader that has introverts.
